Julie Fishing Painted

Aloha!! So I haven’t tried a full on painting in acrylics like this ever. And tonight from a brief conversation found out I need to look into the uses of a badger brush as well as a spray bottle (other than getting in a water gun fight with my nieces). I shall find the secrets of these mysterious items for my next attempt.

On another note. Thank you to all who showed up to the Nomad Gallery’s first show. It was a great time and truly awesome to see you all there. And a super thank you to all the artists who showed, you guys are a huge inspiration. I hope to keep the thing going as long as you are willing to show.

awesome work! I’ve tried the fishing jungle girl concept a few times. i can never get it right. you nailed it beautifully. Your palette reminds me of the Disney’s SALUDOS AMIGOS.
    big fan :)
