1. Product introduction
TS-KSL series aviation obstacle light is a new generation of aviation obstacle light developed and produced in strict accordance with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standard Annex Volume 14, the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), China civil aviation industry standard MH/T6012-1999 requirements and other relevant standards.
The TS-KSL control system is specially designed for multi-layer aviation lights on high-rise towers to achieve the same layer flashing or multi-layer lights flashing at the same time. All types of lamps are made of high-power luminescent tubes as a light source, the light source life is 100,000 hours, according to the night lighting 10 hours, can be used for more than 22 years.
2. The control system and the structure of the aviation obstacle light
The outer shell of the TS*KSL control system is die-cast aluminum, and the interior includes lightning protection, control circuit and branch interface. It is the main body that controls the working mode of aviation lights, and its advantages are:
1, the control body is installed inside the shell, easy to detect and maintain;
2, the shell has a sealed structure, suitable for field use.
3, the internal light controller controls the opening and closing of the aviation light.
The shell of the aviation obstacle lamp is composed of polycarbonate and die-cast aluminum. The lamp body is simple in structure, and the LED light source is configured inside. The overall weight is light and the impact resistance is strong.
The TS-ZMA type aviation obstacle light is one of the dual light series, which includes two completely independent light systems, usually the main light shines at night and automatically turns off during the day. Aviation obstacle light side cover with anti-fall seal, suitable for high-altitude work.
TS-SL type aviation obstacle light is one of the single light series, with a set of built-in light system, under the control of the control system, to realize the function of starting shining at night and automatically closing during the day.

5. Installation and use methods
1, TS-SL type aviation obstacle light single light installation and use method
(1) Installation method
First, install the G3/4 screw tube on the iron tower and fix it with M27 screws.
The navigation light is installed and fixed on the G3/4 screw tube;
(2) Wiring method
Connect the 2 x 1.5mm² shielded cable on the lamp body to the corresponding terminal block in the controller.

(1) Installation method
Install and fix the G3/4 screw tube on the tower;
Rotate the aviation light on the G3/4 screw tube;
(2) Wiring method of aviation obstacle light
Connect the 2 x 1.5mm² shielded cable on the lamp body to the corresponding terminal block in the controller.
3, TS-KSL type controller installation and use method
(1) Installation method (Fixing screw M6×20mm)
The controller backplane has four fixing angles, which can be rotated in any direction. Rotate the fixing bars on the box according to the positions of the fixing holes. After fixing the holes, tighten the screws on the fixing corners of the box, and secure the tower with M6x20 mm screws.
(2) Internal wiring method of the controller
Pass the 2×1.5mm² cable on the TS-ZMA double-headed aviation light through the corresponding waterproof connector on the controller, connect the cable to the corresponding wiring terminal according to the positive and negative polarity, and tighten the waterproof connector screw.
The 2×1.5mm² cable on the TS-SL single head aviation light passes through the corresponding waterproof connector on the controller, connects to the corresponding wiring terminal according to the positive and negative polarity, and tights the waterproof connector screw.
Terminal block identification
● Route the 3 x 1.5mm² power cable through the waterproof connector labeled "DC 48V" on the controller, connect it to the wiring terminals labeled "L/+, N/-, and GND", and tighten the waterproof connector. Note: Positive and negative polarity, do not connect reverse.
● The light controller is built-in, which controls the start and close of the aviation light.
4. Test the working state of the aviation obstacle light
● After connecting the DC 48V power supply, cover the light controller with a black object (representing the night), the main light and single light of the two lights of the aviation light blink at the same time, remove the black object (representing the day), the aviation light stops blinking;
● The working mode of aviation lights: automatically shut off during the day and automatically shine at night.

9. Precautions
Do not connect the DC 48V power cable directly to the terminal of the aviation lamp.
The circuit is equipped with anti-reverse diode, if the DC 48V cable output from the machine room is reversed in the "L/+, N/-" in the controller. The light will not work, reconnect the "L/+, N/-" poles.
The outlet cable of the two lights and single lights of the aviation light is "DC-24V/DC+24V". If the positive and negative terminals are connected incorrectly and the lights do not work, switch the wires.
